Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the agreement between IPTV Deutschland Elite GmbH, Friedrichstraße 191, 10117 Berlin, Germany (the "Provider") and the customer (the "User") for use of the IPTV streaming service at https://www.iptvdeutsch-anbieter.com.

By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

The Provider grants the User access to an IPTV streaming service that includes:

• Access to 150,000+ live TV channels in HD, Full HD and 4K Ultra HD
• Access to 130,000+ Video-on-Demand titles
• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG)
• Catch-Up TV for selected channels (up to 14 days)
• Simultaneous use on up to 3 devices (plan-dependent)
• 24/7 technical customer support in German and English

The Provider reserves the right to reasonably adjust the service scope, including adding or removing channels, where technically, legally or commercially necessary.

3. How the Contract is Formed

The contract is concluded through:

1. Selection of a subscription plan on our website or via WhatsApp
2. Submission of your order and contact details
3. Receipt of payment by the Provider
4. Delivery of access credentials by email (acceptance by the Provider)

Minimum requirements: internet connection of at least 10 Mbit/s (HD) or 25 Mbit/s (4K) and a compatible device.

5. Subscription Term

Your subscription begins when your access is activated after payment is received and automatically expires after the chosen period (3, 6 or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal.

To renew, a new order and payment is required. We recommend initiating renewal before your current period expires to ensure uninterrupted service.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your full payment – no questions asked.

To claim, contact our support team by email or WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

8. Acceptable Use

The Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the service for private, non-commercial purposes for the duration of your subscription.

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Sharing access credentials with third parties
• Using the service for commercial purposes (e.g., public screenings, hospitality)
• Recording, redistributing or making content publicly available
• Circumventing technical protection measures
• Using automation software or bots
• Abusive or fraudulent use of the service

Violation of these rules entitles the Provider to immediately suspend your account. No refund of subscription fees will be made in such cases.

9. Service Availability

The Provider aims for 99.9% service availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

The User is responsible for maintaining a sufficient internet connection and compatible devices. Disruptions caused by inadequate bandwidth or incompatible devices do not give rise to a right of refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intentional or grossly negligent damages.

In all other cases, the Provider's liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Extraordinary Termination

Both parties may terminate the contract for good cause. Good cause for the Provider includes, in particular, where the User violates Section 8 of these Terms or provides false identity information. In the event of justified extraordinary termination by the Provider, no refund of subscription fees already paid will be made.

12. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy in compliance with the GDPR.

13. Amendments to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with reasonable notice (at least 30 days). Changes will be communicated to Users by email. If the User does not object within 30 days of receiving notification, the amended Terms shall be deemed accepted.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where the User is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the User's country of residence remain unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, where the User is a merchant or legal entity under public law.

15. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

16. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely matches the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
